A Christmas Prayer for Peace

Our Heavenly Father,

    In this season of joy and wonder, we come before You with grateful hearts, remembering the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. We thank You for the light of His love, which shines into our hearts and into the world.

    Lord, in a time when so many are burdened by conflict, fear, and uncertainty, we humbly ask for Your peace to fill the earth. Bring harmony to divided nations, healing to wounded hearts, and unity to broken relationships. May the message of the angels—"Peace on earth, goodwill to all"—resonate in every corner of our world.

    Grant us the courage to be peacemakers in our homes, communities, and beyond. Help us to extend compassion to those in need and to share the hope and love that Christmas brings. Teach us to trust in Your promises and to walk in Your ways, so that we may reflect Your peace to others.

    May Your presence bring comfort to those who are hurting this Christmas season. Surround them with Your love and renew their strength. Let the light of Christ’s birth guide us all into a future filled with hope, joy, and lasting peace.
